Shipping and Handling
In the event that your item was damaged during shipping and your shipment was insured, you agree to contact us and include images of the damages. Images must clearly show the item(s) and packaging damages. Moovposters will initiate a claims case with the shipper on your behalf with your cooperation. This may include, but is not limited to, providing additional images as well as showing the damages to your local shipping office. If an insurance refund is awarded, you will be refunded completely. However, if PayPal was used during checkout, a 2.9% (subject to change) processing fee will be subtracted from your refund. You must agree that all sales are final for shipments that are not insured and Moovposters is not responsible for lost shipments or shipping damages.
You agree to the following in the event of a return request. To initiate a return you must use the contact us form. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition to qualify for a refund. Any new damages will result in no refund. If Stripe was used during checkout, there is no restocking fee. If PayPal was used during checkout, you must also agree to a restocking fee of 2.9% (subject to change) of the order price as well as the cost of original shipping. Returns are allowed up to 15 days from the date you receive your item verified by shipment tracking. Shipments must be placed in the mail to return within 3 business days of the return request acceptance. You may use the contact us form to provide shipment tracking proof. Any returns initiated after the 15 day window or mailed after the 3 business day acceptance window will be disqualified.
