Packaging
We take great care and pride in preparing shipments to protect against shipping damages. To reduce costs to you, shipments are automatically combined when possible. Whenever possible, posters are rolled and packaged in plastic sheathing and then put inside of a cardboard tube padded with recycled newspaper on each end. To help minimize the environmental impact, we ship using recycled tubing when it is available.
Shipment Damages
In the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please save everything (including damaged packaging and items) and contact us right away! Please include clear photos of the damages when contacting us. It is important to also include a clear image that shows damages as well as the readable shipping label in the same image. Please contact us if your item is lost in the mail as well. Whenever possible, your items will be insured by the shipper and we are happy to facilitate the insurance claim. Insurance claim processing can take several weeks to complete. At the conclusion of a successful insurance claim, you will be refunded up to 100% of the original purchase price.
Fees
The buyer is responsible for any additional fees. These can include fees associated to, but are not limited to taxes, import, customs, etc.
